Programes / Courses Register
In the course register, filtering
options are available in the listing page, allowing users to refine
results based on the parent course and conduct keyword searches.
Users can utilize the filter functionalities to narrow down the
displayed courses by selecting a specific parent course from the
available options. Additionally, a keyword search feature is provided,
enabling users to enter specific terms or phrases to find courses that
contain those keywords in their titles, descriptions, or other relevant
fields.
The list of courses displayed in this register is imported or
synchronized directly from the LMS module using specific options
provided for synchronization. Editing capabilities are restricted to
certain fields within the course details.
Users are allowed to modify or edit only specific fields within the
course details. This limitation ensures data integrity and alignment
with the synchronized information from the LMS module while still
permitting necessary adjustments or updates to pertinent fields within
the register.
More Actions
The 'More' dropdown list offers additional functionalities, allowing
users to set different applicable fees for courses. Additionally, users
have the option to edit or delete course information from this dropdown
menu. This provides a convenient and centralized location for managing
various course-related actions within the system.
Parent Course Register
At the top right corner of the page, there's a dedicated button
designed for managing Parent Courses. When a course is synced from the
LMS, users can update it with relevant parent course information and
associated details, including standard fees within the ERP module.
From the detailed view of a course, users have the capability to assign
the appropriate parent course and configure the fee structure directly.
This functionality streamlines the process of aligning synced courses
with accurate parent course associations and establishes relevant fee
structures for each course within the system.
Course Detail view & Edit
Clicking on the Course ID navigates users to the detailed course page,
presenting comprehensive information associated with each course. This
includes details such as the governing body overseeing the course, the
program type linked to the parent course, category classifications, fee
structures, affiliated university, and other pertinent information
related to the course's specifications and attributes.
The 'Edit' button located at the top right corner allows users to
access and modify various course categorizations and general
information. Thisunctionality enables users to update and edit details
such as categorization criteria and other relevant general information
associated with the course.
